Leadership starts with how the manager shows up

Managing a team and leading one call for different skills. The Executive Leadership Program prepares high-potential leaders to drive strategic change, influence teams outside their direct authority, and adapt their leadership style, with coaching at the center. Participants explore the GROW model in depth and practice a coaching mindset that supports stronger performance across their teams. The final part of the program turns inward, focusing on self-leadership. The Hogan Insight Series gives each participant a clear read on their behavioral style, strengths, and values, followed by a one-on-one coaching session within a month of completing the program.

The program runs for 27 hours over four weeks, with most sessions held as full days on campus and one session live online. The next cohort begins 14 November 2026.
