What the markets are doing on 8 November 2026

The EGX30 fell 0.7% at today’s close on turnover of EGP 8.3 bn (24.9% below the 90-day average). International investors were the sole net sellers. The index is up 21.5% YTD.

In the green: Edita (+3.7%), GB Corp (+1.9%), and Cleopatra Hospital Company (+1.6%).

In the red: Mopco (-5.9%), Abu Qir Fertilizers (-5.8%), and Alexandria Containers and Goods (-2.5%).
