Valuation, structure, and exit strategy

Private equity work runs on disciplined choices: what to back, how to value it, how to structure it, and when to exit. The Private Equity Diploma program covers fund organization, financial analysis, valuation, transaction structuring, portfolio management, and exit strategy. Participants work through the full private equity investment cycle, from screening and structuring investments to valuing companies and planning exits, including strategic sale, IPO, and secondary exit routes. The seven-month blended program runs live online and on campus, with the next cohort beginning 8 November 2026.
