The Polyclinic Executive Edge program is built for leaders and managers of polyclinic chains, covering strategic planning, operational optimization, digital transformation, workforce management, and financial sustainability. Participants apply Lean and Kaizen methodologies to improve outpatient workflows and draw on case studies to identify strategies for outpatient excellence.
