Ten sessions for the people side of management

Management capabilities get tested in day-to-day work. The Management Acceleration Program equips managers to set clear objectives, delegate responsibilities, and assess employee performance. Participants apply their leadership skills in real time through a Patient Zero simulation and receive a one-on-one coaching session based on their GCR Index Profile. Built as a 10-session blended program, it runs live online and on campus, with the next cohort beginning 11 October 2026.
