Seven courses, one path to senior leadership

Moving up in your organization means taking on more responsibilities, and functions to manage. The Senior Executive Diploma trains experienced managers across seven core courses, from reading financial statements and crafting competitive strategy to leading digital transformation and leading people. Mapped to the Chartered Management Institute’s (CMI) Senior Executive Leadership Programme, the diploma allows participants to earn Chartered Manager status and 12 months of CMI membership. Over nine months, the blended program runs live online and on campus, with the next cohort beginning 11 October 2026.
