What the markets are doing on 29 October

The EGX30 rose 0.6% at today’s close on turnover of EGP 7.5 bn (32.8% below the 90-day average). Local investors were the sole net sellers. The index is up 18.6% YTD.

In the green: Beltone Holding (+5.8%), AMOC (+4.9%), and Orascom Development (+3.7%).

In the red: Abu Qir Fertilizers (-3.5%), Mopco (-2.5%), and Telecom Egypt (-1.7%).
