The mechanics behind venture capital

VC work has to hold across sourcing, structure, valuation, and portfolio management. The Venture Capital program covers the core of venture capital, from fund structure and sourcing to investment strategy, documentation, and portfolio management. Participants learn how investments are structured and valued, how to examine ESG considerations in investment decisions, and how to build a full set of documentation. The 10-session blended program runs live online and on campus, with the next cohort beginning 7 November 2026.
