What the markets are doing on 13 September 2026

The EGX30 fell 1.1% at today’s close on turnover of EGP 11.0 bn (5.4% below the 90-day average). Regional investors were the sole net sellers. The index is up 33.1% YTD.

In the green: Telecom Egypt (+1.6%), Qalaa Holdings (+1.5%), and GB Corp (+0.5%).

In the red: Alexandria Containers and Goods (-4.5%), Misr Cement (-4.0%), and Abu Qir Fertilizers (-3.5%).
