Inter and Barcelona duke it out for the Champions League final

⚽ Within the next two days, four of Europe’s strongest teams will face two decisive matches to determine the matchup for the 24/25 UEFA Champions League final, which will take place on the Allianz Arena pitch in Munich for the second time since 2012.

Inter Milan will go head to head against Barcelona at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium for the second leg of their semifinal tonight at 10pm. The Nerazzurri walk on the pitch with a recent history of fluctuating results, which has seen them fall into second place in the Serie A standings, while the Blaugrana’s consistent strong performances has earned them four consecutive victories in La Liga.

A decade-long absence from the podium: Inter has lifted the big-eared trophy three times, most recently in 2010. The team aspires to return to the podium after a narrow loss in 2023 against Manchester City. Barcelona has clinched the title each of the last four times they made it into the finals, the most recent of which was 2015.

On the homefront: Smouha will be facing Tala’ea El Gaish at 5pm, followed by a match between Zed and Al Ittihad at 8pm. These matches come as part of the relegation group matches in the Egyptian Premier League.
