What the markets are doing on 4 December 2024

The EGX30 rose 0.7% at today’s close on turnover of EGP 4.2 bn (0.1% above the 90-day average). Egyptian investors were the sole net sellers. The index is up 23.9% YTD.

In the green: Fawry (+5.5%), Palm Hills Development Company (+4.5%) and Oriental Weavers (+3.8%).

In the red: Eastern Company (-1.7%), Edita (-1.3%) and B Investments Holding (-1.2%).
