What we tried: We kicked off with the Shrimp Tacos — and let’s just say they didn’t last long. The whole wheat tortillas were light but sturdy, holding a perfect mix of steamed minced shrimp, mixed cabbage, shredded carrot, and creamy sriracha, all topped off with avocado and a drizzle of ranch sauce. The shrimp were tender and had just enough seasoning to keep them interesting, while the fresh veggies added a nice crunch and balance to the dish. Definitely a fun appetizer that was made to share.

Next up was the Pasta Garden Bowl. The soba noodles were warm and a bit chewy, tossed with an assortment of veggies that were fresh, lightly cooked, and packed with flavor. Add chicken, and you've got a filling meal that’s equally light. The flavor was reminiscent of a healthy Asian takeout, umami-packed but not overly heavy or greasy.

The Meat Power Bowl was the next contender, and we’re still thinking about it. The meatballs were coated in a tangy pomegranate molasses on a bed of quinoa-freekeh mix with roasted potatoes adding a crispy texture that paired perfectly with the broccoli. The creamy yogurt herb dressing tied everything together, giving it a cool, refreshing finish. But it was the pomegranate molasses that really stood out, it gave the dish a touch of Levantine flavor, adding a sweet-sour depth to the bowl.

Finally, we rounded out the meal with the Lean Chicken Bowl. If you’re a fan of simple, no-fuss flavors, this is your go-to. Grilled chicken breast, steamed rice, baby corn, broccoli, zucchini, and a creamy sriracha sauce that gave it a kick without overwhelming the other flavors. The chicken was perfectly grilled, tender with a slight char, and the veggies were steamed just right to keep them fresh and crisp. The sriracha added that creamy heat, but it wasn’t overly spicy, so you can actually enjoy all the layers of flavor.

We were so full after the bowls that we couldn't quite make it to dessert, but we did eye the “power treats” on the menu, which are perfect if you’re craving something sweet without the sugar overload. If you’ve got room for something a little extra, we recommend their Greek fro-yo.
