The EGX30 rose 0.3% at today’s close on turnover of EGP 3.7 bn (4.4% below the 90-day average). Local investors were the sole net buyers. The index is up 22.0% YTD.

In the green: Palm Hills Development (+3.7%), Egypt Kuwait Holding (+3.1%), and Madinet Masr (+2.8%).

In the red: Alex Containers and Cargo Handling (-4.3%), Abu Qir Fertilizers (-3.2%), and AMOC (-1.2%).
