While it’s impossible to offer their whole menu, they’ve opened The Sandwich Bar to bring you the next best thing. From truffle burgers, chicken buns, brisket rolls and molasses bbq wings, The Sandwich Bar is a taste of what Meat Party can bring to your next gathering. We tried one of each of the burgers, chicken buns, rolls, and wings to give you a comprehensive review. The stars were the Fresh Prince Roll, the Buffalo Chick Bun, and the Ducking Good Burger. The roll is made up of thinly sliced ribeye steak, sauteed onions, and american cheese sauce. No distractions, just straight to the point and absolutely mouthwatering. The Chick bun is everything you want from a good chicken burger: Crispy, tender chicken, coleslaw to brighten the flavor palate, and delicious blue cheese to make the spicy buffalo sauce really pop. The Ducking Good Burger is aptly named because it is exactly that — ducking good. The crispy duck bacon and molasses bbq sauce really take this already amazing burger to the next level. Just keep in mind that the sandwich portion is medium-sized, but you can order up to three patties. Lastly, they only deliver in Maadi but Meat Party are happy to cater to your events anywhere in Cairo.
