Gouna people, this one’s for you: Gouna pizzeria Zia Amelia has branched out of its home by the Red Sea to bring its authentic Italian dishes to the capital city. The restaurant will be operating out of a cloud kitchen in east Cairo, offering its signature dishes for delivery, founder Riccardo announced earlier this week. We’re typically partial to the classics at Zia Amelia, including its bufalina, diavola, and quattro stagioni pizzas, but the restaurant also makes a spectacular lasagna that’s (probably) just as good as any Italian nonna’s.
