Gourmet is streamlining its delivery services and restocking logistics with Norma, an AI solution by SoftecTechnologies, the upmarket grocery store said in a press release (pdf). Norma will allow Gourmet to “automate, optimize and control home delivery and branch replenishment routes” using AI-enabled planning and visibility software, according to the release. The new software is expected to help Gourmet improve the punctuality of its home deliveries and boost the business’ operational efficiency overall, says Gourmet CEO and founder Jalal Abu Gazaleh.
