Madbouly says no new residential buildings in certain urban zones

The government will no longer permit residential construction in certain urban neighborhoods that have reached their maximum population density following over 40 years of indiscriminate urbanization, Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly said yesterday, without naming the neighborhoods in question.
