4x4 vehicles banned in Sinai

Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab issued a decree banning four wheelers, regardless of their kind, from any area the Armed Forces designates in the governorates of North and South Sinai. Check out the text for yourself below in this .jpg extract from the Official Gazette.
