People Business Partner

At EnterpriseAM, we're building a People & Culture function the way we build everything else — thoughtfully, with structure, and with people at the center. As we grow, we need someone who can be the connective tissue between how we hire, how we onboard, and how we support our people every day after that.

This role exists to bring that structure to life. You won't just be managing HR processes — you'll be shaping how people experience EnterpriseAM from their very first interaction with us, through hiring, onboarding, and everyday support, while also helping us tell our story as an employer worth joining.
