The business case for people strategy

HR has greater impact when its priorities are aligned with business decisions. The HR Strategic Partner program builds the leadership, strategic thinking, and business partnership skills HR professionals need to influence executive decisions. Participants link business strategy to HR strategy, build core HR leadership competencies, including communication and conflict management, and apply their learning to business cases. The five-week blended program runs live online and on campus, with the next cohort beginning 4 November 2026.
