THE BIG STORY ABROAD-
🌐 It’s a busy afternoon in the global press, with plenty of stories vying for the top spot. Let’s dive in.

The petition, filed with the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, includes keeping the transaction off the ballot at any OCI shareholders’ meeting and seeks an investigation into how OCI has been run;
- The government is preparing to launch a new drug pricing system in the coming days that keeps mandatory pricing but makes it more responsive to exchange-rate and cost swings — while handing locally manufactured products a structural price advantage over imports. The framework will be finalized after meetings with local and foreign manufacturers;
- Digital bill-payment platform Sahl is preparing to launch in the Dubai International Financial Center to serve Egyptian expatriates in the UAE. The planned expansion aims to allow Egyptians living in the UAE to directly pay utilities, municipal fees, and financial obligations for their families back home.
