AI: from strategy to execution

AI plans do not transform businesses until managers know where and how to deploy the right tools. The AI for Business program takes business executives and managers into the practical work of applying AI across strategy, operations, and decision-making. Participants evaluate AI tools, practice generative AI and prompt engineering, and work in teams to design an AI-based solution for a real business sector. The eight-session blended program runs live online and on campus, with the next cohort beginning on 11 October 2026.
