What the markets are doing on 22 October 2024

The EGX30 fell 0.1% at today’s close on turnover of EGP 5.0 bn (22.5% above the 90-day average). Local investors were the sole net sellers. The index is up 22.2% YTD.

In the green: Beltone Holding (+5.2%), ADIB (+4.3%), and Elsewedy Electric (+4.3%).

In the red: Abu Qir Fertilizers (-9.2%), Oriental Weavers (-7.2%), and Edita (-3.0%).
