Every episode of The Rig’s first season ends on a cliffhanger. The sci-fi thriller show — which is exclusively available on Amazon Prime Video — is set in Scotland and follows a crew of sailors trying to return home from the fictional Kinloch Bravo oil rig. As they attempt to make their way back to the mainland, they are met with a heavy fog that cuts off all forms of communication, and the crew is forced to put their loyalty to the test as they attempt to overcome the obstacles that stand in their way. In addition to the excellent acting, the show also had a Doctor Who vibe, which we enjoyed.
