Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals’ bottom line jumped 65.4% y-o-y in 1H2022 to EGP 468 mn, according to the company’s financial statements (pdf). The company’s sales increased 45.3% y-o-y during the period to EGP 3.88 bn.

The EGX30 rose 5.3% at today’s close on turnover of EGP 2.03 bn (60.2% above the 90-day average). Local investors were net buyers. The index is down 16% YTD.
