It’s another morning of Suez Canal coverage for Egypt, starting with the Financial Times’ Heba Saleh and Harry Dempsey, who say that freeing the Ever Given was a matter of national pride for Egyptians. The canal has long been a symbol of independence from colonial rule, Saleh and Dempsey write.
