NUCA extends payment deadline on land in fourth generation, Upper Egypt cities by six months

The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has granted a six-month grace period for companies to pay for land plots in fourth generation and Upper Egypt cities, according to a Housing Ministry statement. The six-month period begins once the authority’s board approves the allocation of land or the company pays the down payment on the plot, whichever comes last. The companies will not be fined or charged additional fees for the land during the grace period.
