Sudan has been on the list since the early 1990s. Shoukry, who is the first foreign official to visit the country since a new civilian-led government was put in place on Sunday, met with his counterpart Asmaa Abd Allah, new Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok, and sovereign council head Abdel Fattah Al Burhan.
