Investors are expected to have completed the construction of 700 new factories in Badr Industrial City by the end of FY2018-19, head of the Badr City Investors Association Bahaa Adly tells Amwal Al Ghad. Textiles are expected to be the predominant industry in the area, but factories for the manufacturing of textiles, engineering, chemicals, and pharma will also be setting up shop, he adds.
