Prosecutor General orders freeze on Aboul Fotouh’s assets

Prosecutor General Nabil Sadek issued an order yesterday an assets freeze on ex-Islamist presidential candidate Abdel Moneim Aboul Fotouh, Al Shorouk reports. A court had added Aboul Fotouh to Egypt’s terror list last week, after authorities had arrested him over allegations that he had been in contact with the Ikhwan — charges his family has since denied.
