The General Authority for Freezones and Investment (GAFI) plans to set up a public freezone in every governorate in the country, an Investment Ministry statement said on Friday. The move is part of a strategy to use the zones as a way of improving the overall investment climate and boost exports, according to Minister Sahar Nasr.
