Emirates NBD, the Industrial Development and Workers Bank of Egypt, and the Arab Investment Bank will provide a combined EGP 520 mn to the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), Al Mal reports, as part of an EGP 2 bn facility Banque du Caire is arrangingfor EGAS to pay back debts including to international oil companies. Other participating institutions include Al Baraka Bank, Egyptian Gulf Bank, Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait, and the National Bank of Greece Egypt, sources say.
