The EGX30 rose 0.5% at today’s close on turnover of EGP 8.1 bn (38.9% above the 90-day average). Local investors were the sole net buyers. The index is up 20.2% YTD. In the green: Misr Cement (+5.2%), GB Corp (+4.9%), and Eastern Company (+2.7%). In the red: Juhayna (-3.3%), EFG Holding (-2.6%), and Edita (-1.9%).
