Attijariwafa completes acquisition of Barclays Egypt
M&A WATCH- Morocco’s Attijariwafa Bank completed its acquisition of 100% of Barclays Bank Egypt yesterday for c. USD 495 mn, according to an EGX release (tap here for the pdf).
