The plot: Ola faces a problem with Second Chance — the brand that she manages — when the owner of her main supplying farm dies. She takes Montaser (Mahmoud El-Leithy) to meet the farm-owner’s son, Karim (Dhafer L'Abidine), who has just returned from France to sell the farm before heading back. Ola tries to save her brand by convincing Karim not to sell.

The series focuses on the challenges that divorced breadwinning women go through, as Ola struggles on her journey to balance between romance, her personal life, and spending time with her teenage daughter Nadia and her son Salim. We also see her struggle between modern and traditional parenting, trying to find common ground.

The show balances comedy and light drama, and has a pleasant surprise for fans of the old series with the appearance of Hazem (Tarek Al-Ibiari) — Ola's younger brother. The energy of the series is enjoyable from the decorations to the music, to even the title sequence, which includes behind the scenes bloopers from the cast. With only 6 episodes, Finding Ola is a great family-friendly binge for this long weekend.
