Timothy Hochstedler, an Amish man in Indiana, did not just sit by and let his religion’s aversion to technology get in the way of his entrepreneurial spirit: He started his very own ride-hailing service — only this one is with a horse and buggy. He calls it Amish Uber. We certainly see this taking off here with all these unemployed donkeys who can’t get gigs as zebras.
