Senior Hamas officials have reportedly accepted the terms of an Egypt and UN-proposed ceasefire agreement with Israel on the condition of eased border restrictions, according to Jerusalem Online. Senior Hamas leaders returned to Gaza from Cairo last week to discuss with other local leaders the proposed plan, which involves a prisoner swap and the construction of a seaport and airport.
