The EGX30 closed with a 1.3% gain today in the last session before the long Eid break on turnover of EGP 2.3 bn (53.9% above the 90-day average). Local investors were net buyers. The index is up 14.5% YTD.

In the green: Alexandria Containers and Cargo Handling (+12.0%), Juhayna (+4.6%), and Ibnsina Pharma (+4.4%).

In the red: Qalaa Holdings (-0.4%), GB Corp (-0.3%), and Fawry (-0.1%).
