Excuse mon French: The Miam Miam was made to satisfy that all-too-familiar post-beach knot of hunger. The food truck, which is located in the North Coast’s Hacienda Red, delivers to a number of nearby compounds. The menu draws inspiration from French cuisine — more specifically, Miam Miam’s burgers are heavily influenced by the decadent beef bourguignon, “tender, slow-cooked beef tucked into a soft and fluffy potato bun.” The family-owned business, which is run by a young couple, also features on its menu smashed wagyu beef burgers, duck confit sandwiches, hotdogs, and a variety of fried chicken sandwiches.

BONUS POINTS- You can make every sandwich your own by adding from a range of toppings — like onion jam and sautéed mushrooms — and sauces — think jalapeño ranch or apricot chutney.
