Start off by ordering some of their mouthwatering teriyaki fries, which are crisp fries topped with teriyaki mayo, coriander, and fried onions, seasoned with furikake, a Japanese rice spice mixture. Then take your pick from their selection of noodles and ramen, we recommend the beef miso ramen which is packed with earthy umami flavors. If you’re not in the mood for noodles, their menu boasts several kinds of donburi, a hearty Japanese rice-bowl, so you can take your pick from sweet and sour shrimp, chicken katsu, salmon curry or braised beef. You can ask the chef to spice it up to your liking — if you can tolerate the heat.
