Cleopatra Urban Development signs pact with JZMK to develop north coast’s Esmerelda

The Cleopatra Urban Development Company has signed a partnership agreement with the US architects JZMK Partners to develop its Esmerelda residential and hotel project on the north coast, Al Malreports. Chairman Mohamed Abu El Enein said the project will be inaugurated in Sidi Henish next year. The report did not note the value of the development.
