Among the human interest stories out there: Xinhua notes that Egypt has established the Dragon Boat Federation to officially recognize the Chinese sport of dragon boat racing, while Al Monitor profiles a South Sudanese man living in Cairo and former football professional who recently set up an academy to teach football to African refugees in Egypt, cutting his AUC education short.
