We’re in for a sports-packed start to the week with several fixtures on our radar on both the African and European fronts:

In AFCON- The Moroccan national team meets Tanzania today at 6pm in the Round of 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations. The Atlas Lions enter the match with high morale as the odds are in their favor; out of eight total head-to-head encounters, Morocco has walked away victorious from seven. Arab fans are pinning their hopes on Morocco following Tunisia’s loss to Mali yesterday, which saw them exit the tournament.

We’re also tracking the Round of 16 clash between South Africa and Cameroon, which kicks off at 9pm and will be broadcast on BeIN Sports MAX 2.


Over in the Premier League, Matchweek 20 of the English Premier League continues today, headlined by Liverpool vs. Fulham at 5pm. The Reds, currently sitting fourth in the league standings, are looking to snag a W after a goalless draw against Leeds United.
