Craving a satisfying meal in an equally satisfying space? Numa checks all the boxes. This Italian restaurant has seemingly cracked the code; the space is welcoming, the flavors are on point, and the menu has a little bit of everything. We’re talking loaded appetizers, classic pastas and risottos, authentic mains, and even breakfast options if you consider yourself an early bird. In short: Numa has something for everyone.

It’s best to start with their signature truffle fries. Crispy and topped with a creamy truffle sauce that’s rich in flavor without being overwhelming, a trip to Numa wouldn’t be complete without one of these bad boys on the table. If fries aren’t your cut of choice, the truffle baked potato offers the same flavors on a softer, subtler base.

Care for a fettuccine chicken alfredo? You definitely should. The sauce is creamy and rich in flavor, and the grilled chicken is well-seasoned and tender. While portions may catch you off guard at first, you’ll quickly come to the realization that they’re more than enough. Pro tip: ask for your preferred pasta cooking level to get the best experience.

If pasta isn’t your thing, the chicken parmesan is another standout. The golden-fried chicken cutlet is crispy, flavorful, and drenched in marinara sauce — and just the right amount of parmesan cheese, though you can never have too much cheese if you ask us.

Numa also has a solid drinks menu. Refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness, the peach iced tea was our drink of choice. Another strong contender was the sour coconut cocktail, which was essentially a metaphorical tropical beach in a glass. If you’re cutting out sugar entirely, Numa’s drinks menu boasts a selection of healthy juice blends that are just as delicious.

Dine out, or order in. You can find Numa at 5A by the Waterway, or in Korba, Heliopolis. If you’d prefer to order in, you can place an order through Talabat and El Menus, or by calling 0100 9302119.
