The EGX30 rose 0.6% at today’s close on turnover of EGP 5.1 bn (43.1% above the 90-day average). Local investors were net buyers. The index is up 19.3% YTD.

In the green: Elsewedy Electric (+9.0%), E-finance (+1.9%), and CIB (+1.7%).

In the red: Emaar Misr (-3.6%), ADIB (-3.0%), and Alexandria Containers and Cargo Handling (-2.5%).
