The main idea? Revolutionize modern-day farming as we know it today to bring back more sustainable, environmentally-conscious practices that yield clean food. But the task ahead is not easy, with global warming making farming conditions harder, for one. Despite their passion for the project, issues like sandy soils and water shortages make for a rough journey ahead, but their dedication is also inspiring in a world where profit often takes precedence over almost all else.
