The event will be held at Al Bayt Stadium in front of 60k live spectators, with mns of football fans expected to tune in around the world. Jungkook — a member of K-pop superband BTS — will be performing alongside Qatari singer Fahad Al-Kubaisi.

The opening match of the tournament pits host Qatar against Ecuador from Group A. It kicks off at 6pm CLT.
