EGX30’s top performing constituents were Ezz Steel up 7.8%, Pioneers Holding up 4.9%, and Egyptian Iron & Steel up 3.5%. Yesterday’s worst performing stocks were Cairo for Investment and Real Estate down 1.9%, Eastern Company down 0.9% and Egyptian Resorts down 0.7%. The market turnover was EGP 779 mn, and local investors were the sole net sellers.
