Siemens Gamesa has selected a consortium of Elsewedy and Marubeni to launch the first phase of 180 MW wind power stations in Ras Ghareb under a BOO (build, own, operate) framework, sources told the local press. The tariff at which power generated by the facility will be sold has yet to be decided.
