Life appears to be returning to Al Arish: Students are back in classes, buses and taxis are back on the streets, and food is back in the market, signalling the return of life to North Sinai’s Al Arish, whose streets have been vacant over the last several months while a military campaign raged on against terrorist groups in the area.
